This is a 33 year old healthy white female; her only previous surgeries being an appendectomy and a c-section. She has had two children and breast fed for a short period of time. She is a non-smoker. She is 5’2” and 114lbs. She is very active. Her bra size was a 34A without ptosis and her base width is 13.5cm. She wished to be in the full C range. Examination showed small breasts without any ptosis and having discussed the risks and benefits of subpectoral augmentation and having preformed external sizing she chose a 425cc smooth silicone implant and underwent an unremarkable augmentation mammoplasty. Photos obtained at 2 months show that she has healed nicely. The breasts are nicely round, full and symmetric. She has achieved her desired size without appearing overly augmented. She is back to all normal activity. She is quite happy with her surgical outcome.

This is a healthy 33 year old female. Who is 5’9” and 135lbs. She has had no previous surgeries. She has had two children, but did not breast feed. Her bra size was a 34B and she wished to be in that full C to baby D range. Examination showed a base width of 14cm with an appropriate nipple to inframammary fold distance. The right breast was ever so slightly smaller and after external sizing and 3D evaluation she decided on a 425cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant for the right and 400cc on the left. She underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation and photos obtained at two months show that her breasts have healed beautifully. The breasts are symmetric, round and she has obtained her desired size while still maintaining a very natural appearance. She is back to all normal activity and quite pleased with her surgical outcome.

This is a healthy 38 year old healthy white female. She is 5’5” and 125lbs. She has had one child whom she did breast feed. Her bra size was a 34A/AA and she wanted to be in the nice C range. Examination did show well positioned breasts with a good nipple to inframammary fold distance. Having discussed a subpectoral augmentation and with external sizing, 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone implants were chosen. Her surgery was completely unremarkable and photos obtained at two months show that she has healed beautifully. The breasts are symmetric, full, very natural appearing and a nice proportion for her body type. Even though she was quite small to begin with she has achieved her new size without the appearance of being augmented.

This is a 53 year old healthy white female who had three children through natural birth. She is 5’2” and 144lbs which is stable for her. She had long thought about breast augmentation, particularly since beginning to workout aggressively which caused her to lose some breast tissue. Her bra size was a 36B and she wished to be in that nice full C range. Due to the mild glandular ptosis it was determined that she would be best suited with a dual-plane augmentation. External sizing was preformed to 375cc which was very appropriate with her measurements. She underwent an uncomplicated dual-plane augmentation with release of the right inverted nipple. Her postoperative course was without incident. Photos obtained at two months show that the breasts have settled in nicely, they are soft and natural in appearance with nice correction of the inverted nipple. She is back to all aspects of working out and is quite pleased with her surgical result.

This is a 40 year old white female. She is 5’9” and 128lbs. She has had no previous surgery. She has had two children and did breast feed. Her bra size was a 32B and her desire was to be in the full C range. She had some asymmetry; the left breast was slightly smaller and sat approximately 1.0cm higher. After discussing subpectoral augmentation at length and doing 3D evaluation she chose a 375cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant for the left, which was slightly smaller and a 350cc for the right with the intention of lowering the left inframammary fold approximately 1.0cm. She underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Photos obtained at three months show that the breasts have settled in nicely. She has achieved her desired size and shape and she has excellent symmetry both in volume and positioning of the inframammary fold. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased that she underwent her surgical procedure.

Her bra size is a 34A and she would like to be in the nice C range. Having discussed a subpectoral breast augmentation at length and having preformed external sizing she decided on a 375cc implant. Due to her small frame and base width measurements it was determined to utilize a high profile implant. She underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral breast augmentation utilizing a 375cc high profile smooth silicone implant and her postoperative course was completely unremarkable. Photos obtained at two months show that she has achieved her desired goal. The breasts are fuller, but still natural in appearance. She is back to all normal activity including exercise without any limitations.

This is a 26 year old white female. She is 5’2” and 134lbs. She is in good health and has not had any previous surgery. She does have one child who she breast feed for a short period of time. Her bra size is a 34A without any ptosis and she had a generous base width of 14.5cm. Her desire was to be in that full C range. She had done a considerable amount of research particularly on RealSelf. External sizing was performed in the 450-500cc range which was appropriate for her frame. She underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation utilizing the 450cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant and did beautifully postoperatively. Photos obtained at three months demonstrate the nice fullness to the breasts. She has achieved excellent cleavage and is back to all her normal activities.

This is a healthy 23 year old white female who had long been concerned about her breasts. She is 5’6” and 135lbs, in very good health; her only pervious surgery being a knee arthroscopy. She is very active, works out daily and runs. She has not had any children and her bra size was a 36A without ptosis and a relatively short nipple to inframammory fold distance. Her desire was to be in the mid C bra range. External sizing as well as 3D imaging was preformed and she decided on a 350cc moderate plus silicone implant. She underwent an unremarkable dual plane augmentation to release the lower pole, utilizing the 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant. Her postoperative course was unremarkable. Photos obtained at 2 months show that she is healing nicely. The breasts have fullness in all quadrants with a better projecting lower pole and she has achieved her nice C bra size. She is back to her very active lifestyle, including running and working out.

This is a 54 year old white female in good health and no major medical issues. She has long thought about breast augmentation. She is 5’6” and 126lbs. Her bra size was a 36A with mild asymmetry. She had two children via c-section and breast fed both of them. Her breasts were soft but not ptotic. Her desire was to be in that nice C cup range. After discussing the surgery at length she underwent an unremarkable subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 375cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant on the right and a 350cc implant on the left, since the left breast was ever so slightly larger. Her postoperative course was uneventful and photos obtained at three months postop show that the breasts are settling in nicely. They are full, round, nicely shaped and the slight size discrepancy has been corrected. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased with her cosmetic result.

She had two children and did breast feed for approximately 16 months. Her desire was to be in that full C-D range and we discussed differential breast augmentation at great length. External sizing was preformed to 500cc, as well as a 3D evaluation. She underwent a bilateral dual plane differential augmentation utilizing a 550cc high profile silicone implant on the right and 500cc implant on the left. Her postoperative course was unremarkable. Photos obtained at three months demonstrate that she has healed beautifully. The breasts are symmetric, full and very natural in appearance. She has achieved her large desired size without looking abnormal. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased.

This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 31 year old (5'6", 120lbs) mother of two who presented with loss of breast volume, mild asymmetry and a 34B bust following pregnancy. She had a very clear idea of what the "prefect result" looked like and underwent breast augmentation with 425cc implants (smooth saline, overfilled to 495cc on the right & 460cc on the left) placed sub-muscularly through an inframammary incision. The reason for overfilling both implants was not only to correct the mild asymmetry but also to create a more full and rounded upper pole. Her desire was to increase her breast size to the D range which would require a biplanar approach because her small amount of glandular ptosis. Prior to her procedure we did external sizing. She liked the appearance that 475 cc gave her. She underwent the biplanar augmentation and had an uneventful postoperative course. Two months later the breasts have settled in nicely. She has achieved her desired fill and look. She will now once more resume her body building activities.

This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 21 Year old woman (5'7", 122 lbs)from Troy NY who wished to increase her bra size from a 34 A/B to a 34 C/D. This was accomplished with a submuscular augmentation utilizing a smooth saline implant. 3 months post operatively, her breast size has been augmented to the desired size while still maintaining a natural and proportional appearance in relation to her relatively tall frame.

She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 123 pounds and her bra size was a 32A at time of consultation. Her breasts displayed zero droop (ptosis) and possessed excellent skin elasticity. The patient is especially happy with the cleavage the implants provide, how perky her breasts look and how natural they feel.

This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 24 year old white female (5'5", 124 lbs) who has had no previous surgery or pregnancies. Her bra size was a 34 A/B and her left breast was approximately 20cc smaller than the right (re: mild asymmetry). The silicone implants are ideally positioned within the breast mound and will continue to "drop and fluff" over the next several months. As the residual swelling subsides and the implants slide into place, the nipple-areola will take on the slightly more upturned appearance present in the pre-op Suffice to say, the patient is overjoyed with the result and feels that she obtained her desired size without appearing at all overdone.

In order to achieve her desired results she underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 425cc moderate smooth saline prosthesis that was filled to 475cc bilaterally. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable. The photos were obtained three months later. She has nicely shaped symmetrical breasts that have achieved her desired D cup bra size.

They are full with a nice balance between the upper and lower poles and she now has a more appropriate distance from the base of the areola to the inframammory fold. This is a 37 year old white female with no history of previous surgery and no children. She is 5’4” and 140lbs. Her bra size was a 34B with a slightly lower positioned nipple/ areola complex. She has a tight lower pole. After preforming external sizing she chose a 450cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation with a release of the lower pole. She had an unremarkable postoperative course and photos obtained at three months show that she has had significant improvement in the appearance of her breasts. They are now round with a proper balance between the upper and lower pole and better medial fill. She is back to all normal activities and is quite happy with her surgical results.

This is a 44 year old female in good health. She is 5’5” and 121lbs. She has had two children but did not breast feed. She recently lost 20lbs which had resulted in the loss of breast volume, particularly in the superior pole. Her desire was to be in the nice full C cup range. Examination confirmed the loss of volume with mild glandular ptosis and ever so slight asymmetry with the right breast being slightly smaller. In order to correct this and to achieve her desired size she underwent a dual plane augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 400cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis on the right and a 375cc prosthesis on the left. Postoperatively she did beautifully and photos obtained at four months show that she has achieved her desired results. The breasts are fuller particularly in the superior pole, the glandular ptosis has been improved through the use of the dual plane approach and she is back to all preoperative activities. She is quite pleased with her results.

This is a 33 year old white female. She is 5’2” and 106bs. She has not had any children or previous surgery. Her bra size was a 32A/AA without ptosis. Her desire was to be fuller, in that small C range without being too large. After 3D analysis she chose a 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation. Photos obtained at two months demonstrate that she has achieved nicely shaped breasts for her small frame. They are full yet natural in appearance. She is now able to wear clothing that was difficult to carry off before her surgery.

This is a healthy 23 year old white female. She is 5’4” and 125lbs. She had no history of previous surgery. Her bra size was a 34B with asymmetry. The left breast was smaller and the inframammory crease was positioned approximately 2.0cm higher than the right. In order to correct her problem she would require differential augmentation with lowering of left inframammory fold crease. After external sixing, she decided on a saline prosthesis in the 450cc range. With this in mind she underwent bilateral differential augmentation with a 425cc moderate plus smooth saline prosthesis filled to 450cc on the right and a 450cc moderate plus smooth saline prosthesis filled to 480cc on the left. Her postoperative course was unremarkable and photos taken two months postoperatively show that she has achieved her desired result. The breasts are full and symmetric and the inframammory fold creases are now properly aligned. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased with her result.

This is a 24 year old white female. She is 5’7” and 135lbs, who has long thought about breast augmentation. She had not had any children and no previous surgery. Her bra size was a 34B with asymmetry. The left breast was approximately 50cc larger, and the right breast inframammory fold was approximately 2.0cm higher. Likewise the nipple areola on that side sat at a slightly higher position. Her desire was to be full. After 3D evaluation she decided on an implant in the 500cc range. To achieve her desired result she underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 550cc high profile silicone prosthesis on the right and a 500cc prosthesis on the left, while lowering the right crease. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Two months later the breasts have settled in nicely. They are fuller while still appearing quite natural and symmetric in size. The right crease has been lowered to that of the left and the nipple areola heights are more in line. She is back to all normal activity and quite pleased with her outcome.

Examination showed a base width of 13.5 cm but she had a poorly formed lower pole which needed to be addressed. In order to achieve her desired result she underwent a bi-planer augmentation mammoplasty releasing the lower pole and lowering the inframammary pole distance. Utilizing a 375 cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Two months postoperatively her breasts have healed nicely. They are soft and natural with marked improvement in her inferior pole volume. She is back to her normal workout routine and quite pleased with her results.

Her postoperative course was uneventful. Three months later the breasts have healed nicely. They have settled into proper position and she has achieved her desired fullness while maintaining a natural appearance. Her body is now in nice balance.
