This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a healthy 29 year old white female (5'1" , 120 lbs) who has had four children, the last pregnancy being twins. Her bra size at time of consult was a 34 A with mild asymmetry (re: left breast slightly larger and more ptotic). She desired to be in the large B small C cup range. In order to achieve her goal she underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 325CC moderate plus smooth silicone implant on the right and a 300CC smooth silicone implant on the left. Her post-operative course was unremarkable and photos taken 3 months later show the breast have settled in nicely. She has the appropriate fill that she desired and the mild asymmetry between the two sides has been corrected while maintaining a completely natural appearance.
