This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a healthy 25 year old young woman (5'7", 135 lbs) whose bra size was a 34 A at time of consultation. She presented with a base width of 14cm and base of the areola to the inframammary fold distance of 5cm. She wished to be in the full C cup range. After performing 3D evaluation she decided on 325cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone implants and underwent submuscular augmentation. Photos taken 4 months later show completely healed, beautifully shaped breasts. The breast are full yet soft and are as close to ideally sized to the patient's frame as implants could be. Any larger and there would've been excessive fullness in upper pole (top half) of the breasts. Any smaller and there would've been a noticeable depression in the upper pole of her breasts (because implants fill the breasts from the bottom, up).
