This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 25 year old young woman (5'8", 120lbs) who wished to increase the size of her breasts, which she felt were too small for her frame. Because she presented with very good skin elasticity and well positioned nipple areola complexes, a straight forward breast augmentation using smooth high profile 450cc silicone implants through an inframammary incision and submuscular placement. Her post-op recovery was 'unremarkable' (aka complication/problem free) and photos taken 2 years later show how nicely her breasts have settled. They have a natural fullness without appearing fake or overly inflated and their size is right in relation to the her tall, thin frame. Suffice to say, the patient is overjoyed with her result and feels much more confident in her appearance, both in and out of clothing.
