She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 123 pounds and her bra size was a 32A at time of consultation. Her breasts displayed zero droop (ptosis) and possessed excellent skin elasticity. Her base width was 14cm and her nipple to infra-mammary fold distance was 5.5cm. We utilized 3D imaging to help her see the differences between differently sized implants and ultimately settled on 475cc high profile smooth silicone implants as this would give her the “full C cup” she desired. Surgery involved an inframmamary incision with submuscular placement of the implants. Her post operative recovery was uneventful (re: without any issues or complications) and she has healed very nicely. Photos taken 3 months after surgery show full and beautifully shaped breasts that balance out her figure beautifully. The high profile implants proved to be an ideal fit for her relatively narrow 14cm base width breasts. The incision scars are barely noticeable and will most likely become imperceptible within a few short months. The patient is especially happy with the cleavage the implants provide, how perky her breasts look and how natural they feel.

This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 24 year old white female (5'5", 124 lbs) who has had no previous surgery or pregnancies. Her bra size was a 34 A/B and her left breast was approximately 20cc smaller than the right (re: mild asymmetry). To achieve the patient's goals, I performed a bilateral differential subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 475cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone implant in the right breast and a 500cc mod+ smooth silicone implant in the left. Her recovery period has been without issue and photos taken 2 months after surgery show beautifully shaped, symmetrically sized breasts. The silicone implants are ideally positioned within the breast mound and will continue to "drop and fluff" over the next several months. As the residual swelling subsides and the implants slide into place, the nipple-areola will take on the slightly more upturned appearance present in the pre-op Suffice to say, the patient is overjoyed with the result and feels that she obtained her desired size without appearing at all overdone.

This is a 45 year old white female. She is 5’7” and 125lbs; her only pervious surgery being a hysterectomy. She had one child and is a non-smoker. Her bra size is a 34B and her desire was to be in the D cup range. Examination showed relatively full breasts with a properly placed nipple areola complex. In order to achieve her desired results she underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 425cc moderate smooth saline prosthesis that was filled to 475cc bilaterally. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable. The photos were obtained three months later. She has nicely shaped symmetrical breasts that have achieved her desired D cup bra size.

Her base width is 13cm, but she had a short nipple to inframammory fold distance of only 3.5-4cm. She wished to be in that full C range. After preforming 3D evaluation she chose a 450cc moderate plus silicone implant. In order to release the lower pole and lengthen the nipple to inframammory fold distance she underwent a dual plane augmentation utilizing the 450cc moderate plus smooth silicone implants. Her postoperative course was unremarkable. Photos obtained at two months show that the breasts have healed nicely. They are full with a nice balance between the upper and lower poles and she now has a more appropriate distance from the base of the areola to the inframammory fold. She is back to all normal activity and quite pleased with her surgical outcome.

We went over subpectoral augmentation at great length and after preforming 3D evaluation she chose a 375cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis. She underwent a subpectoral augmentation and her postoperative course was uneventful. Photos obtained at three months show that she has obtained that nice mid C size. The breasts are round, symmetric and very natural in appearance. She is back to all normal activities and her very active lifestyle. She is quite pleased with her surgical outcome.

Her bra size was a 34A with slight discrepancy between the inframammory fold with the right breast sitting a bit higher. After 3D evaluation, because of her narrow rib cage a 350cc high profile silicone implant as chosen and she underwent a bilateral subpectoral augmentation. Her postoperative course was uneventful. The discrepancy between the inframammory fold has been eliminated and she is back to all normal activity. She is quite pleased with her surgical outcome.

Her postoperative course was unremarkable and photos obtained at three months show that she has obtained her desired results. The breasts have nice fullness without being excessively large and still have a very natural appearance. The mild asymmetry has been corrected and she is back to all normal activities. This is a 37 year old white female with no history of previous surgery and no children. She is 5’4” and 140lbs. Her bra size was a 34B with a slightly lower positioned nipple/ areola complex. She has a tight lower pole. After preforming external sizing she chose a 450cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation with a release of the lower pole. She had an unremarkable postoperative course and photos obtained at three months show that she has had significant improvement in the appearance of her breasts. They are now round with a proper balance between the upper and lower pole and better medial fill. She is back to all normal activities and is quite happy with her surgical results.

This is a 44 year old female in good health. She is 5’5” and 121lbs. She has had two children but did not breast feed. She recently lost 20lbs which had resulted in the loss of breast volume, particularly in the superior pole. Her desire was to be in the nice full C cup range. Examination confirmed the loss of volume with mild glandular ptosis and ever so slight asymmetry with the right breast being slightly smaller. In order to correct this and to achieve her desired size she underwent a dual plane augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 400cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis on the right and a 375cc prosthesis on the left. Postoperatively she did beautifully and photos obtained at four months show that she has achieved her desired results. The breasts are fuller particularly in the superior pole, the glandular ptosis has been improved through the use of the dual plane approach and she is back to all preoperative activities. She is quite pleased with her results.

Her desire was to be fuller, in that small C range without being too large. After 3D analysis she chose a 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation. Photos obtained at two months demonstrate that she has achieved nicely shaped breasts for her small frame. They are full yet natural in appearance. She is now able to wear clothing that was difficult to carry off before her surgery.

This is a healthy 23 year old white female. She is 5’4” and 125lbs. She had no history of previous surgery. Her bra size was a 34B with asymmetry. The left breast was smaller and the inframammory crease was positioned approximately 2.0cm higher than the right. In order to correct her problem she would require differential augmentation with lowering of left inframammory fold crease. After external sixing, she decided on a saline prosthesis in the 450cc range. With this in mind she underwent bilateral differential augmentation with a 425cc moderate plus smooth saline prosthesis filled to 450cc on the right and a 450cc moderate plus smooth saline prosthesis filled to 480cc on the left. Her postoperative course was unremarkable and photos taken two months postoperatively show that she has achieved her desired result. The breasts are full and symmetric and the inframammory fold creases are now properly aligned. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased with her result.

This is a 24 year old white female. She is 5’7” and 135lbs, who has long thought about breast augmentation. She had not had any children and no previous surgery. Her bra size was a 34B with asymmetry. The left breast was approximately 50cc larger, and the right breast inframammory fold was approximately 2.0cm higher. Likewise the nipple areola on that side sat at a slightly higher position. Her desire was to be full. After 3D evaluation she decided on an implant in the 500cc range. To achieve her desired result she underwent bilateral subpectoral augmentation utilizing a 550cc high profile silicone prosthesis on the right and a 500cc prosthesis on the left, while lowering the right crease. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Two months later the breasts have settled in nicely. They are fuller while still appearing quite natural and symmetric in size. The right crease has been lowered to that of the left and the nipple areola heights are more in line. She is back to all normal activity and quite pleased with her outcome.

Photos obtained two months postoperatively show well healed breasts with a nice superior fill. She has returned to her pre-pregnancy bra size. She is back running on a regular basis without any limitation. She is quite pleased with her results.

This is a 26 year old white female who is 5’ 6” 146lbs who is very active. Her bra size is a 34 A and she wished to increase to a small C cup range. Examination showed a base width of 13.5 cm but she had a poorly formed lower pole which needed to be addressed. In order to achieve her desired result she underwent a bi-planer augmentation mammoplasty releasing the lower pole and lowering the inframammary pole distance. Utilizing a 375 cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Two months postoperatively her breasts have healed nicely. They are soft and natural with marked improvement in her inferior pole volume. She is back to her normal workout routine and quite pleased with her results.
