This is a 20 year old woman who had concerns about her breasts. Specifically, she wanted to lift her sagging breasts without adding volume. She underwent a cicumvertical (lollipop) mastopexy as an outpatient. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 3 months after surgery, her breasts have settled to a natural but perky shape and her scars are maturing well.

This is a 44 year old woman with deflated breasts after child bearing that presented with interest in breast augmentation. On exam, she had small A cup breasts with grade 1 breast ptosis. She sized herself to about a 375 ml high profile implant based on in office sizing and 3-D imaging. She underwent a dual plane breast augmentation though an infra-mammary (IMF) incision. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 6 months after surgery, her implants are settling nicely and she is very happy.

This is a 51 year old woman who had breathing issues and cosmetic concerns about her nose. She had undergone several nose surgeries after injuring her nose in a diving accident. Over the course of her surgeries her breathing had become worse and she suffered from extensive cosmetic deformity of the nose. She underwent a tertiary (revision) rhinoplasty through an open approach. This included a dorsal “bow” graft, alar rim grafts, and tip and dorsal refinement. She has a nice correction of her lid excess and she has regained her peripheral vision.

This is a 53 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that caused her back and shoulder pain. She had tried other weight loss, special bras, and physical therapy to reduce her symptoms without benefit. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, sagging breasts. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, Wise pattern breast reduction. At 2 months from surgery, she is doing well. She likes the lifted appearance of her breasts and is back to normal activities.

This is a 21 year old male presented to the office with complaints of development of gynecomastia with associated pain from the beast development. His pre-op exam demonstrated breast development with significant asymmetry. The patient underwent liposuction of the chest and removal of the breast gland though a minimal periareolar incision. He did well post operatively. At 4 months after surgery, the scars have faded and he is very happy with his breast contour.

She underwent an asymmetric dual plane breast augmentation with silicone implants. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 1 month after surgery, her breasts have settled to a natural but perky shape and her scars are maturing well.

This is a 48 year old woman who presents with cosmetic concerns about her belly after bearing children. Specifically she wanted to get rid of the excess skin and tighten the belly muscles. Her exam demonstrated the typical slight laxity of skin and radial stretch marks from carrying her babies. She underwent an abdominoplasty with abdominal wall plication with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. She did well after surgery and the drains were removed at 7 days. At 2 months she is very happy with her results. Her abdomen is flat and her incisions are maturing nicely.

This is a 56 year old woman who presents for complaints of excess fullness and skin of her abdomen, flanks, and excess fullness of her medial thighs. She underwent an abdominoplasty with abdominal wall plication with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and medial thighs. She did well after surgery and the drains were removed at 7 days. At 3 months she is happy with her results. Her abdomen is flat and her incisions are maturing nicely.

This is a 39 year old woman who presents for complaints of loose skin and excess fat after having children. Exam demonstrated some residual fullness and excess despite efforts at weight loss and skin tightening. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. She did well after surgery and the drains were removed at 7 days. At 2 months she is happy with her results. Her abdomen is flat and her incisions are maturing nicely.

The patient is a 24 year old female with a history of labia discomfort when wearing tight clothing or exercising. Exam demonstrated clitoral hood and labia minora excess and asymmetry. She underwent a modified trim labiaplasty with a clitoral hood extension. She did well post-operatively and at 1 month from surgery her labia and clitoral hood demonstrate good balance and nice symmetry.

This is a 71 year old woman with a history of facial aging and concerns about her lower neck, midface, and eyes. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her neck and lack of midface fullness. In addition she felt the excess skin of her upper and lower lids made her tired. On exam, her lower face demonstrated both skin laxity and soft tissue descent of the lower face and neck. Her upper and lower lids demonstrated an excess of skin and fat. Her midface was flat and lacked youthful fullness. She underwent a face and neck lift, fat grafting to the midface, and upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 1 month after surgery, her bruising and swelling are nearly resolved. She has a nice correction of her neck laxity with improved definition of her neck. In addition, she is happy with how refreshed her eyes look.

This is a 53 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that causes her back and shoulder. She had tried other conservative measures to reduce her symptoms without benefit. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, sagging. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, Wise pattern breast reduction. At 1 month, she is doing well. She likes the lifted appearance of her breasts and is back to normal activities.

The patient is a 35 year old female with a history of a complicated dental history that had complaints of excessive tooth root and gum show on full smile. We devised a tailored treatment of Botox to selectively weaken her upper lip elevating muscles. This had the effect of decreasing the exposure of her teeth and gums on full smile. She can now present a full, natural smile without concern for excessive teeth and gum show.

This is a 27 year old woman who had cosmetic concerns about her nose. Specifically, she wanted to soften and straighten her tip, smooth her tip bifidity, and improve her dorsal contour. She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty including a dorsal hump reduction and tip refinement combined. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising. At 6 weeks after surgery, she is already happy with the results. Her nasal dorsum is straight. The nasal tip refinement has softened and the bifidity is improved.

This is a 36 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that causes her upper back and neck pain associated with deep shoulder grooving and rib pain. Her breasts interfered with activities of daily living including her ability to exercise. Conservative management including pain medication, injections, special bras and weight loss did not improve her symptoms. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, ptotic, asymmetric breasts. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, wise pattern asymmetric breast reduction. At 1 month, her symptoms have improved and her scars are beginning to mature.

This is a 29 year old man who had concerns about prominent ears since he was a child. He underwent a conchal setback (otoplasty) on both ears in the office under local anesthesia. During the procedure, he was able to confirm the position of the ears before the final sutures were tied. He did well after surgery with only slight swelling. At 6 weeks after surgery he has maintained the setback and is very happy with the new ear position.

This is a 28 year old female who presented to the office with concerns about the size of her earlobes. On exam, her earlobes were pendulous and disproportionate to the size of the rest of her ear. She underwent an earlobe reduction under local anesthesia. She did well after surgery and at nearly two months after surgery she is very happy with her result. Her earlobes are an appropriate size and her scars are maturing nicely.

This is a 26 year old woman who was left with had excess fullness of her abdomen and back despite a exercise and diet. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, upper back and flanks. She did well after surgery and experienced only moderate bruising and swelling. At 8 weeks after surgery the contour of her abdomen, sides, and back is markedly improved.

This is a 52 year old man who presented to the office with a large ulcerated skin lesion on the edge of his right ear. The lesion was biopsied as basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer). He was taken to the operating room where the lesion was removed. This resulted in a defect of 1.3cm in the edge of the ear. This large wound was closed by elevating the skin of the ear and shifting it into the defect. This closed the defect without any obvious ear deformity. He did well after surgery and at one month has healed completely with a “normal” shaped and sized ear.

This is a 33 year old woman with asymmetric deflated breasts after breast feeding that presented with interest in breast augmentation. This is a 62 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that causes her back and shoulder pain, deep shoulder grooving, rashes, and difficulty finding bras that fit. She had tried other conservative measures to reduce her symptoms without benefit. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, sagging breasts with significant asymmetry. She underwent a bilateral, superior medial pedicle, wise pattern, asymmetric breast reduction. At 8 months, she is very happy with the size and shape of her breasts. In addition, she has none of the pain she originally complained of and no longer has no difficulty finding clothes that fit.

This is a 24 year old man with complaints of difficulty breathing through his nose. On exam he demonstrated mid-face under development with a dramatic lack of projection to his nose, a flattened and wide dorsum, and a poorly defined and over rotated nasal tip. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with the placement of rib grafts to provide support and projection to his nose, and nasal tip suture modification combined with grafting to support better define his tip. Post-operatively, he had only minimal bruising and
swelling. At nearly a year after surgery, his breathing has substantially improved and he is very happy the new contour of his nose.

This is a 24 year old male who lost a significant amount of weight but was left with copious amount of excess hanging skin on his chest. He underwent an operation to remove the excess skin. He did very well after surgery and we were able to remove her drains at about 1 week. At 3 months after surgery, he is very happy and his surgical results demonstrate a vastly improved contour of his chest and fine line scars that are well positioned beneath the bulk of his chest.

bulging that made him look tired and worn out. On exam he had a prominent tear trough and bulging of the fat beneath the eye. He also had a slight excess of lower lid skin. He underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with re-draping of his lower eyelid fat. Post-operatively, he had only minimal bruising and
swelling. At nearly a year after surgery, he is very happy the new contour of his lower lid and feels the surgery has mad him looked more refreshed.

This is a 24 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts breast and breast asymmetry that causes her back and shoulder pain – worsening throughout the day. She had tried other conservative measures to reduce her symptoms without benefit. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, sagging breasts with significant asymmetry. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, “T” pattern, asymmetric breast reduction. At 4 months, she is very happy with the smaller, lifted appearance of her breasts and is back to normal activities.

The patient is a 37 year old female with a history of breast augmentation in 2011 with 350ml Mentor Moderate Projection saline implants combined with an abdominoplasty. In the years following her surgery, she developed a capsular contracture of the right breast with complaints of tightness, malposition, and pain developing slowly over time. Exam demonstrated a firm, Baker Grade IV contracture of the right breast. She underwent a right breast capsulotomy and implant exchange. She did well post-operatively and has maintained nice symmetry of her breasts without recurrence of her contracture at 7 months.

This is a 22 year old young woman who had concerns about the size of her nose. Specifically, she was interested in narrowing the base of her nose – where the nose meets the face – and decreasing the flare of her nostrils. She underwent an alar base excision (Weir excision) to narrow the base of the nose and decrease her alar flare. This was done in the office under local anesthesia. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 2 months after surgery, her nose has settled nicely with maintenance of her alar narrowing, well-hidden scars, and a softening of her alar flare.

This is a 36 year old woman who had concerns about her breasts and abdomen after having 3 children. Specifically, she wanted to lift her sagging breasts without adding volume or using implants and she wanted to loose the extra skin of her abdomen while tightening the underlying muscles. She underwent a mastopexy and full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 4 months after surgery, her breasts have settled to a natural but perky shape, her abdomen is flat with a nice shape to her belly button and a nice contour of her waist.

This is a 59 year old woman with a history of weight loss and facial aging with concerns about her lower face and neck. Specifically she was unhappy about the jowl formation, neck laxity, and lower lid skin excess. On exam, her lower face demonstrated both skin laxity and soft tissue descent of the lower face and neck with the formation of prominent platysmal bands. Her lower lids demonstrated a mild excess of skin without excess fat. She underwent a lower face and neck lift with playsmal plication and lower lid pinch blepharoplasty. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 1 month after surgery, her bruising and swelling are nearly resolved. She has a nice correction of her jowling and neck laxity and an improvement in her neck contour. In addition, her eyes look refreshed.

This is a 55 year old man with complaints of excess lower eyelid fat
bulging that made him look older than he was. On exam it was pointed out
to him that he actually had a condition called mid-face hypoplasia –
where the bone under his eyes was under-developed. This lack of
projection made his face look hollow, exacerbated the bulging eyelid
fat, and made his eyes bulge. He also had a slight excess of eyelid skin
of his upper and lower eyelids. He underwent upper and lower eyelid
surgery with re-draping of his lower eyelid fat. He also had facial
implants attached to the bone beneath his eyes to lessen his mid-face
hollowing. He had a rapid recovery with only minimal bruising and
swelling. At one month out he is very happy with the improved projection
of his face and the improved contour of his upper and lower eyelids.

This is a 54 year old man with a history of trauma to his nose and
chronic complaints of breathing difficulty. These complaints were
exacerbated by allergy type symptoms which often completely closed his
airway. He suffered chronic use of nasal decongestants and allergy
medication with only limited relief.Exam demonstrated marked nasal
deformity with gross deformity of the nasal bones, deviation of the
septum, and collapse of the internal and external openings of his nose -
dramatically reducing his airflow. Through an open rhinoplasty approach,
the deviated part of his septum was removed and his nasal bones reduced
to their anatomic position – opening his internal airway. A portion of
his septum was then used to add support to his nasal tip – opening his
external airway. He did very well after surgery with minimal bruising
and swelling. At 6 months, his nose is settling nicely and he is very
happy with the improved airflow.

This is a 37 year old woman that presented to the office with complaints
of back, shoulder, and neck pain as well as complaints of excess belly
skin and fat after bearing children. She felt that her large breasts
were contributing to her symptoms, however, she was not interested in a
large reduction that would make her unbalanced. She, instead, underwent
a uncomplicated mommy makeover including a breast lift with a small
reduction in size and an tummy tuck. Post-operatively, at 4 months, her
symptoms have been relieved. She is very happy with the lifted
appearance of her breasts and the shapely, flat appearance of her stomach.

This is a 38 year old woman with a history of child bearing and weight
loss that presented to the office with complaints of back and neck pain.
She had exhausted other conservative measures without benefit and felt
that her breasts were contributing to her symptoms. Her pre-op exam
demonstrated very large 38 DDD ptotic breasts, bra strap grooving, and
chronic skin changes under her breasts. After seeking insurance approval
she underwent a uncomplicated bilateral breast reduction.
Post-operatively, at 4 months, her symptoms have been relieved and she
is very happy with the smaller lifted appearance of her breasts. They
look proportionate and the scars will continue to fade over time.
