This is a 27 year old woman who had cosmetic concerns about her nose. Specifically, she wanted to soften and straighten her tip, smooth her tip bifidity, and improve her dorsal contour. She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty including a dorsal hump reduction and tip refinement combined. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising. At 6 weeks after surgery, she is already happy with the results. Her nasal dorsum is straight. The nasal tip refinement has softened and the bifidity is improved.
