This is a 48 year old woman who presents with cosmetic concerns about her belly after bearing children. Specifically she wanted to get rid of the excess skin and tighten the belly muscles. Her exam demonstrated the typical slight laxity of skin and radial stretch marks from carrying her babies. She underwent an abdominoplasty with abdominal wall plication with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. She did well after surgery and the drains were removed at 7 days. At 2 months she is very happy with her results. Her abdomen is flat and her incisions are maturing nicely.
