62 M Lower Lid Blepharoplasty with Fat and Skin Removal
Lower lid blepharoplasty was performed through a subciliary approach, with removal of herniated fat and a small strip of skin. The lower eyelids were also stabilized. At three months, the photographs show smoother lower-eyelid contours and a more rested appearance. -
44 F Subciliary Blepharoplasty with Skin-Muscle Flap
Bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty was performed through subciliary incisions using a skin-muscle flap. Herniated fat was conservatively removed to align with the inferior orbital rim and preserve the tear-trough contour. At six weeks, the photographs show reduced lower-eyelid fullness and a smoother, well-healed contour.
