Blepharoplasty Before and After > 62 F Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty for Reduced Lid Fullness
Upper-eyelid blepharoplasty with medial fat-pad removal was combined with lower-eyelid fat-only blepharoplasty. The postoperative photograph shows cleaner upper-lid definition and less fullness beneath the eyes. The result is balanced and maintains a natural relationship between the eyelids and cheeks.
