Blepharoplasty Before and After > 45 F Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Midface Refinement
Upper and lower blepharoplasty was combined with orbicularis resuspension and conservative malar fat-pad contouring. The postoperative view shows less upper-lid hooding and a smoother transition from the lower eyelids into the cheeks. The eyes appear more defined while the surrounding facial contours remain natural.
