Blepharoplasty Before and After > 44 F Subciliary Blepharoplasty with Skin-Muscle Flap
Bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty was performed through subciliary incisions using a skin-muscle flap. Herniated fat was conservatively removed to align with the inferior orbital rim and preserve the tear-trough contour. At six weeks, the photographs show reduced lower-eyelid fullness and a smoother, well-healed contour.
