This is a 53 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that caused her back and shoulder pain. She had tried other weight loss, special bras, and physical therapy to reduce her symptoms without benefit. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, sagging breasts. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, Wise pattern breast reduction. At 2 months from surgery, she is doing well. She likes the lifted appearance of her breasts and is back to normal activities.
