This is a 53 year old woman who was unhappy with excess fullness of her abdomen, her overhanging pannus, and ptotic breasts. She lost some weight and then underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen, upper aback and flanks. She also underwent a breast reduction and lift through an inverted “T” incision. She did very well after surgery and we were able to remove her drains by 2 weeks. At 1 month after surgery, she is very happy and her surgical result demonstrates a vastly improved contour of her abdomen, upper back, and flanks. Her breasts are perky and proportionate to her frame and her scars are thin, well positioned, and fading quickly.
