This is a 51 year old man with complaints of excess lower eyelid fat
bulging that made him look tired and worn out. On exam he had a prominent tear trough and bulging of the fat beneath the eye. He also had a slight excess of lower lid skin. He underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with re-draping of his lower eyelid fat. Post-operatively, he had only minimal bruising and
swelling. At nearly a year after surgery, he is very happy the new contour of his lower lid and feels the surgery has mad him looked more refreshed.
