This is a 21 year old male presented to the office with complaints of development of gynecomastia with associated pain from the beast development. His pre-op exam demonstrated breast development with significant asymmetry. The patient underwent liposuction of the chest and removal of the breast gland though a minimal periareolar incision. He did well post operatively. At 4 months after surgery, the scars have faded and he is very happy with his breast contour.
