This is a 28 year old female who presented to the office with concerns about the size of her earlobes. On exam, her earlobes were pendulous and disproportionate to the size of the rest of her ear. She underwent an earlobe reduction under local anesthesia. She did well after surgery and at nearly two months after surgery she is very happy with her result. Her earlobes are an appropriate size and her scars are maturing nicely.
