This is a 33 year old woman with asymmetric deflated breasts after breast feeding that presented with interest in breast augmentation. On exam, she had small A/B cup breasts with grade 1 ptosis breast ptosis. She sized herself to about a 375 ml high profile implant based on in office sizing. She had pre-operative mild ptosis but opted to avoid the additional incisions required to move the nipple. She underwent an asymmetric dual plane breast augmentation though an infra-mammary (IMF) incision. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 1 month after surgery, her implants are settling nicely and the scars are staring to mature.
