This is a 43 year old female presented to the office with complaints of large breasts that causes her back and neck pain that interfered with her ability to exercise. She had tried over the counter and prescription pain medications without success. Her pre-op exam demonstrated very large, ptotic breasts. She underwent a bilateral, inferior pedicle, wise pattern breast reduction. At 1 year, her symptoms have improved and she is very happy with her new breasts.
