This is a 56 year old woman who presents for complaints of excess fullness and skin of her abdomen, flanks, and excess fullness of her medial thighs. She underwent an abdominoplasty with abdominal wall plication with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and medial thighs. She did well after surgery and the drains were removed at 7 days. At 3 months she is happy with her results. Her abdomen is flat and her incisions are maturing nicely.
