This is a 36 year old woman who had concerns about her breasts and abdomen after having 3 children. Specifically, she wanted to lift her sagging breasts without adding volume or using implants and she wanted to loose the extra skin of her abdomen while tightening the underlying muscles. She underwent a mastopexy and full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 4 months after surgery, her breasts have settled to a natural but perky shape, her abdomen is flat with a nice shape to her belly button and a nice contour of her waist.
