This set of before and after photos features a 39 year old white female. She is 5’ 1” 135 lbs who had a c-section for twins six years ago. Following this she developed laxity both above and below the umbilicus with laxity to the rectus muscle. This made her feel as if she was still pregnant. In order to correct her situation she underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips and plication of the rectus fascia. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable. Two months later she is completely healed and has returned to all normal activities. She can now exercise fully and feels that she no longer appears pregnant.
