This set of abdominoplasty before and after photos features a 52 year old woman (5'4", 160 lbs) from Albany NY who had undergone numerous gynecological procedures over the years including a hysterectomy. These procedures left her with multiple scars, lax abdominal tissue and weak stomach muscles. She called her abdomen her "bottom in the front" in reference to the vertical fold the ran up the center. We corrected these issues via a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction. Three months later, her belly is flat and tight. The incisions have healed wonderfully and her front no longer looks like a bottom. The muscle tightening also has had a dramatic effect on the thickness of her anterior (front) to posterior (back) thickness. (as the lateral/side photos highlight).
