This set of abdominoplasty before and after photos features a 35 year old (5'4", 140lbs) mother of two who had diffuse fullness of the abdomen, hip and back regions. To correct this she underwent a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with rectus muscle plication (tightening) and liposuction of the hips and lower back. Three months post operatively demonstrates an excellent contour, smaller waist size and minimal scarring. Note the marked diminution of the anterior/posterior extent of her abdomen which can be seen on the lateral (side) photographs). The patient expresses great joy in finally being able to wear form fitting clothing and two piece bathings suits with ease.
