This set of abdominoplasty before and after photos features a 39 year old (5'5", 180 lbs) mother of two children by c-section who was left with significant abdominal laxity and fullness. She also wanted to get back into exercising and felt that starting from a better body composition would have a psychological boost (which is often the case). We accomplished her goals with a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the hips and thighs. Photos taken 6 months later show that she is healing nicely. Her stomach is flat, abdominal skin is tight, and the scars are minimal. She feels great about herself and is off to a strong start in her new exercise program. The benefits of this are that the newly toned core muscles only further improves an already optimal result.
