This set of abdominoplasty before and after photos features a 60 year old white female,she is 5' 9" 160 lbs. Who over the last year has lost an additional 40 lbs. She has three grown children via natural birth. What concerned her was her abdomen. Following weight loss she had laxity both above and below the umbilicus. Her rectus muscle despite three pregnencies was reasonably firm, in order to flatten her abdomen and remove the redundent tissue she underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction in the hip area. Post-operatively she did well and two months later is back performing all her activities including working out. Her abdomen is flat and firm with a markably improved contoor in her clothing.
