This is a 34 year old white female with three children via c-section. She is 5’5” and 160lbs which is stable for her. Since the birth of her last child she has been concerned about her abdomen. She had laxity both above and below the umbilicus with weakness to her abdominal musculature. In order to correct this she required a full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the anterior and lateral hip area to improve her waist line. Her postoperative course was uneventful. By day ten sutures and drains had been removed. She gradually increased activity. Photos obtained at four months show a well healed abdomen with a nice flat and tight contour. She is back to all normal activity and working out. She is quite pleased with her results.
