This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 44 year old woman (5'4", 120lbs) who suffered from post-partum loss of breast volume, particularly in regards to superior and 2nd degree ptosis (droop). Her pre-op bra size was a 36 B/C. This was corrected with submuscular augmentation utilizing smooth saline implants and a vertical mastopexy (breast lift). 3 months after surgery her breast are very nicely elevated and full. The nipple areola are in the proper position as seen best in the left and right lateral (side) views. The scars have blended in nicely and she can certainly go without a bra if desired. Her post-operation bra size is now a 36 C/D.
