This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 44 year old (5'4, 120lbs) woman who had post-partum loss of breast volume particularly in the superior and 2nd degree ptosis (droop). Her bra size was a 36 B/C. This was corrected with submuscular augmentation utilizing smooth saline implants and a vertical mastopexy. 3 months later, her breasts are now elevated and full. The nipple-areola are in the proper position (see lateral views). The scars have blended in nicely and she can certainly go without a bra if desired. Her new bra size is a 36 C/D.
