This is a 30 year old healthy white female. She is 5’7” and 136lbs. She had two children but did not breast feed. Her bra size was a 34A with significant ptosis. Her desire was to be in a full C/D cup range. She had a base width of 15cm and in order to achieve her desired size, after external sizing a 500cc high profile smooth silicone prosthesis was chosen and she underwent a vertical mastopexy. Her postoperative course was unremarkable and two months following surgery everything is healed nicely and she is quite pleased. The breasts are full, elevated and symmetric. She is back to all normal activity and the breasts will continue to settle over time.
