Breast Lift & Augment Before and After > Augment mastopexy with 300cc moderate plus silicone implants
This is a 25 year old healthy black female. She is 5’2” and 132lbs. Who has had two children via c-section. She is a non-smoker and did breast feed for a period of time. She has also had a previous tummy tuck. Her bra size was a 34B/C, but she had second degree ptosis and she wished them raised to their pre pregnancy position and a bit larger. In order to accomplish this she would require a subpectoral augmentation and vertical mastopexy, and being from out of town would need to stay overnight in the area for postoperative evaluation. After external sizing to 300cc she decided to proceed with surgery and underwent an unremarkable vertical mastopexy with subpectoral augmentation. She returned to her home the following day and then returned in two weeks for suture removal. These photos taken at that time demonstrate what can be expected in the early postoperative period. The breasts are now elevated and the nipples are in good position. There is a little bit of rounding in the upper pole area which will soften as healing progresses. The nipple areolas are smaller, sensation is in tack and she is beginning to return to normal activities. She is quite pleased knowing that the results will only continue to improve over the coming months.
