This is a 24 Year old black female in good health. She is 5’8” and 155lbs. She had recently lost 60lbs. She had one child six years ago via c-section. She is a non-smoker and her bra size was a 36B/C with second degree ptosis and no superior fill. Her desire was to regain her volume and eliminate the significant droop while diminishing the size of her nipple/ areola. In order to accomplish this she underwent a bilateral vertical mastopexy with subpectoral placement of 475cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Photos obtained three months after her surgery show that the breasts have been nicely elevated. She has regained the volume she lost with both her pregnancy and weight loss and the scars are settling in quite nicely. She has no further droop and she is back doing everything in her active lifestyle.
