This patient had mild rectus diastasis and abdominal skin laxity within a relatively short waist. Full abdominoplasty with rectus plication and liposuction was planned with particular attention to keeping the scar low. Three-month photographs show a smooth abdomen and a faint scar concealed by undergarments.
