This patient presented with jowling, lower-face descent, and laxity beneath the chin and along the neck. She underwent a lower facelift and neck lift. Photos taken approximately seven weeks after surgery already show a more defined jawline, reduced neck fullness, and a smoother profile. Because these are early postoperative photos, the tissues should continue to settle as healing progresses.
