Face Lift & Neck Lift Before and After > 62 F Full facelift with Small Chin Implant
This patient wanted to address jowling, fullness beneath the chin and along the neck, a slightly recessed chin, and early upper-eyelid hooding. She underwent a full lower facelift with SMAS plication and liposuction of the submental area and neck, combined with a small chin implant and conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Four-month photographs show a smoother lower face, improved jaw and neck definition, better facial balance, and a brighter eye area. The overall result is refreshed, harmonious, and natural.
