This patient sought improvement in upper-eyelid hooding, lower-eyelid puffiness, jowling, loss of midface fullness, and fullness beneath the chin. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty and transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty, combined with a full facelift, SMAS plication, and liposuction of the submental area and neck. Three-month photographs show a brighter eye area, smoother lower-face contours, and improved jaw and neck definition. The overall result is rested, refreshed, and natural.
