This is a 43 year old woman who had concerns about her breasts and abdomen. Specifically, she wanted to both lift her sagging breasts and to add back enough volume to give the breasts a little pop. In addition, she wanted to loose the extra skin of her abdomen and tighten the underlying muscles. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy using 150ml silicone implants and a short inverted T incision. At the same time, she underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. She did very well after surgery with minimal bruising and swelling. At 3 months after surgery, her breasts have settled to a natural but perky shape, her abdomen has maintained an improved contour, and her scars are maturing nicely.
