This set of abdominoplasty before and after photos features a 35 year Hispanic female (5'4", 148lbs) mother of two from Schenectady, NY. She was concerned with her central abdominal laxity and fullness that developed after the first pregnancy and grew more severe after the second. This was corrected with a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) that included plication (tightening) of the rectus sheath (stomach muscles). We also performed liposuction of the hips to create a more smooth and graceful outer curve. 3 months later, the patient has resumed all normal activities and has healed nicely. Her abdomen, waist line and hips look wonderful creating a much more pleasing silhouette.
