This set of before and after photos features a 37 year old mother of two (5'4", 172 lbs) from Schenectady, NY who suffered from symptomatic macromastia (neck, shoulder and upper back pain as a result of large breasts). Her bra size was a 38 DD. She also presented with excess abdominal tissue, fullness in her hips and stretch marks as a result of her 2 pregnancies. We corrected these issues with a reduction mammaplasty (removing 630 grams from the right breast and 610 grams from the left breast) combined with a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction of the anterior (outer) hips.Photos taken 3 months post-op show her to be well healed and with a figure that is much more refined and pleasing, both in and out of clothing. Her breasts are no longer sympotmatic which has enabled her to become much more physically fit and active. The scars are also settling nicely and will continue to blend in over the next 6-12 months.
