This is a 39 year old white female. She is 5’6” and 140lbs. She has had four children via c-section and she breast fed them all. Her bra size is a 34A/B and her desire was to be fuller in the nice C cup range. At the same time she had developed some laxity to the lower abdomen related to the two c-sections. Examination confirmed loss of volume in the breasts with mild first to second degree ptosis. In order to correct this she would require a dual plane augmentation through a periareolar approach with an accompanying periareolar mastopexy. As far as her abdomen was concerned she had mild weakness to the lower rectus as well as redundant tissue of the lower abdomen, but the upper abdomen was nicely taught making her an ideal candidate for a mini abdominoplasty with limited liposuction and a lower rectus plication. She underwent an uncomplicated mommy makeover utilizing a 375cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis with a periareolar mastopexy and a modified abdominoplasty with liposuction of the central abdominal area. Her postoperative course was unremarkable and early photos obtained at two months show that she is healing beautifully. The breasts have achieved her pre pregnancy size and are nicely elevated. The abdomen is flat, snug and there is no skin over hang. She is now resuming all normal activity and will continue to heal as the scars mature.
