This is a 34 year old white female. She is 5’3” and 133lbs. She had one child via c-section. She is a non- smoker and her bra size was a 34B with second degree ptosis. She also had laxity to the abdomen both above and below the umbilicus with defuse stretch marks. Her desire was to have very full breasts, at least in the D cup range. As far as her abdomen was concerned she would require a full abdominoplasty with a small plication and liposuction to the hip area. She underwent the mommy makeover with a vertical mastopexy utilizing the 550cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable and photos obtained at six weeks show that she is healing nicely, the breasts are full and the scars are healing well. The implants will continue to descend over the next few months to give a less augmented look and the abdomen is flat with an appealing shape to the waist line. She is back to normal activities and will begin her normal workouts. She is quite pleased with her surgical result.
