Mommy Makeover Before and After > Mommy makeover in a tall woman after four children

This is a healthy 46 year old white female. She is 5’10” and 175lbs, which is fairly stable for her. Her only previous surgery was a laparoscopic gallbladder. She has had four children through natural birth. She nursed three of them and she is a non-smoker. She desired a mommy makeover. Examination showed the right breast in good position with just a bit of inferior constriction. The left breast had a bit of glandular ptosis and sat about 1.0cm lower than the right. We discussed a dual-plan augmentation with a left crescent lift and preformed external sizing to around 550cc due to her wide base width of 16.5cm. As far as her abdomen was concerned, she had laxity both above and below the umbilicus with some fullness in the hips and would require a full abdominoplasty with liposuction. She decided to proceed with surgery and underwent an uncomplicated dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty utilizing 550cc moderate plus smooth silicone implants with a left crescent lift and a full abdominoplasty with plication and liposuction of the hips. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable and photos taken at two months show that she has healed beautifully. The breasts have achieved her desired fullness and are nicely round and symmetric. Her abdomen is flat with a nice contour to her waist. She now has a very nice figure for her tall frame. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased with her surgical outcome.
