This is a 37 year old white female. She had three c-sections, she is a non-smoker and she is very active. She is 5’5” and 135lbs. She had two areas of concern. First was her lower abdominal pooch. The area above the umbilicus was reasonable, but she did have laxity below the umbilicus with fullness to the tissue. As far as her breasts were concerned; her bra size was a 36B, symmetric with good nipple to inframammary fold distance and a 14.0cm base width. Her desire was to be in the full C range and after external sizing she chose a 400cc moderate plus implant. She underwent an uncomplicated, individual, appropriate mommy makeover with a subpectoral augmentation utilizing the 400cc moderate plus smooth silicone implants and a modified abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and lower plication. Her postop course was without incident and photos obtained at three months show that she has healed beautifully. The breasts are full, symmetric and nicely shaped. Her abdomen is now flat with better abdominal contour avoiding the need for a full abdominoplasty. She is back to all normal activities and is quite pleased with her new post baby shape.
