This is a 36 year old healthy white female. She is 5’ 4” 112 lbs who has had two children through C-section. Her bra size is a 34 B with first borderline second degree ptosis. She was concerned about two areas. The first she wished to be fuller but not overly so without undergoing a mastopexy. She understood that even with a dual plane approach the nipple areola complex would not be in an ideal position. She also had significant diastasis of the rectus both above and below the umbilicus with only a mild to moderate amount of redundant abdominal tissue. In order to achieve her goal she underwent a dual plane augmentation utilizing 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant on the right and 325cc implant on the left which was a slightly larger breast. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips. In order to keep the transverse scar in a low position there was a small vertical component. Her postoperative course was uneventful. Three months later she has achieved her desired goals, the breasts are fuller particularly in the upper pole with mild improvement in the ptosis despite not undergoing a mastopexy. The abdomen is flat, the muscle is taunt and the transverse incision is well disguised.
