This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 35 year old healthy white female. She is 5’ 4” 140 lbs who is concerned about several areas. She had two children one by C-section and breast fed both. Her bra size is a 36 A with a small amount of glandular ptosis. She wished to be in the mid C range. She also had a small amount of fullness in her abdomen above her C-section incision and also a small amount in the hip and medial thigh region. In order to achieve her desired results she underwent bilateral dual plane augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 375 cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis on the right and a 350 cc prosthesis on the left. The left breast was ever so slightly larger. She also underwent suction assisted lipectomy of the abdomen, hips, and medial thigh. She also had a mini abdominoplasty. Her postoperative course has been completely unremarkable. Two months postop she is already showing significant improvement. The breasts are fuller, soft and natural appearing. She has achieved her desired size. Her abdomen is now much flatter with better contour and the areas of liposuction are settling in nicely. She is quite pleased and knows that she will continue to improve.
