This set of mommy makeover before and after photos features a 41 year old white female who has had 3 children via natural child birth. She did breastfeed all of them and she is a nonsmoker. She gained a significant amount of weight 5 years ago but has since lost most of it. She is 5’ 5” 132 lbs and her bra size is a 32 B cup. Since her weight loss she has lost volume in her breast and wished to increase her superior fill. As far as her abdomen was concerned she wished it flatter with a better definition of her waist line. In order to achieve her desired results she underwent a mommy makeover with a dual plane augmentation utilizing 360 cc moderate profile prosthesis due to her 16 cm base width. She also underwent a full abdominoplasty with suctioning of her hips. Her post op course was unremarkable and 3 months later she has healed nicely. Her breast are fuller without appearing unnatural and her abdomen is flat with an improved waistline. She is back to all normal activities.
