This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 32 year old white female 5' 6" 139 lbs who had one child and did breastfeed. Her bra size was a 34 A/B with slight asymmetry. Her right breast was slightly larger than the left. She desired a lift and to be rather full particularly in the superior pole. She did not wish for a natural appearance but one that accentuated the superior pole. In order to achieve these results she underwent an augmentation mastopexy utilizing 560 cc high profile saline prosthesis that were filled to 625 cc on the right and 650 cc on the left with a vertical mastopexy. The prosthesis were placed in a sub pectoral position. She had an unremarkable and benign postoperative course. She was back to exercise and running within a month. Photos were obtained 6 months postop to demonstrate that she has achieved her desired goal. The breasts sit high on the chest and are round and prominent. There is accentuation of the superior pole which was achieved by utilizing the high profile prosthesis. She is quite pleased with her result.
