Breast Augmentation Before and After > Large Breast Implants (Silicone 450cc) Post-Pregnancy
This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 24 year old (5'1", 110 lbs, Albany NY) mother of one who had loss breast volume following her pregnancy. She wished for larger breasts so we proceeded with a 450cc silicone gel implant placed sub-muscularly through an inframammary incision. This provided her with better symmetry, particularly on the medial right breast. Her bra size improved from a 32 A/B to a 32 C/D.
