This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 29 year old healthy white female. She is 5' 6" tall 159 lbs and has had one child but did not breastfeed. Her base width is 14.5cm with 7cm distance from the base of the areola to the inframammary fold. Due to her body type she wishes to be in the full D-cup range. To achieve her desired size she underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation utilizing a 650cc high profile silicone implants. Photos taken two months after surgery show the breasts to be "dropping and fluffing" nicely. She has achieved her desired fullness while maintaining a soft and natural appearance. She is back to doing all of her normal activities which includes a very strenuous job.
