This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 22 year old white female 5' 6 tall 140 lbs. Her bra size was 34 A without ptosis. Her chest was rather narrow with only a 12.5 cm base width and 4.5 cm nipple to inframammary fold distance. The right breast was about 20cc smaller than the left and the inframammary fold ever so slightly higher. She wished to be in that nice C cup range. After having discussed the risks and benefits of breast augmentation she chose to proceed with silicone prosthesis. In order to correct her mild asymmetry she underwent bilateral differential sub pectoral augmentation with 400 cc high profile smooth silicone prosthesis on the right and a 375 cc prosthesis on the left. She had benign postoperative course and three months following surgery she has marked improvement in her breast symmetry and has achieved her desired bra size. The inframammary folds are also at a similar height. She is back to full normal activity.
